Holland Marie Roden was an American actress best known for her role as Lydia Martin she played on MTV's Teen Wolf, which featured teens in a drama. She was also Zoe Woods on Syfy's horror show "Channel Zero Butcher's Block". She was born on 7th October 1986, Dallas, Texas, USA in the United States where she was raised and was raised by her siblings and parents. Holland Roden studied from Hockaday School which was a girls' private school. Her family consists composed of medical professionals that are involved with UCLA's women and molecular studies. Holland Roden did pre-medical studies for some time because she was interested in becoming the cardiothoracic surgeon. Later, Holland Roden decided to pursue acting. Holland Roden has made a career out of both TV and film. She's won numerous awards and nominations and accolades for her work. She was in 2008 when she was a part-time actress on the show "Lost" and appeared as Emily Locke. She also appeared as Emily Locke in Bring It On: The Battle to the Finish. Holland Roden made guest appearances on television shows like Criminal Minds and Grey's Anatomy. She also appeared in Weeds. In the beginning of 2011, Holland Roden worked in MTV's teen drama named "Teen Wolf" on which she played as Lydia Martin for which she earned huge appreciation. Her outstanding performances in films and TV shows were lauded by the viewers.
